Your new role
Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for policy development and project delivery? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic HR team and lead a highly impactful project focused on redesigning and implementing people policies aligned with a new Enterprise Agreement.
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will drive the development and implementation of a suite of people policies that reflect legislative compliance, best practice, and cultural alignment.

- Lead the redesign and rollout of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with the organisation's new Enterprise Agreement (2024-2027).
- Apply strategic thinking and strong writing skills to produce clear, compliant documentation.
- Support broader HR operations and contribute to organisational change.
What you'll need to succeed
A Baseline Security Clearance is preferred for this role.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Qualifications and experience in generalist human resources.
- Proven experience delivering HR projects, particularly policy development.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation (PS Act, Fair Work Act, SRC Act).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality policies, procedures, and supporting materials.
